Warranty and Repairs

To schedule a repair appointment, simply send us an email at email@example.com with your contact information, order number, and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you and help set up a time for your repair appointment.

2-Year Limited Warranty
If you have damage to your Elite Scooters item that resulted from improper handling during shipping, or if you have damage to your item that existed when you received your item, please refer to the Shipping Damage section of our Refund Policy. If your product or a part of your product is found to be defective within the five years after your purchase, then we may cover the cost of a repair or replacement under our 2-Year Limited Warranty ("Limited Warranty"). If you have damage or a defect to your Elite Scooters product that resulted from the customer’s misuse or abuse of the product, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or lack of proper maintenance, then we will not be responsible for the costs to repair or replace your item.
The Limited Warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product. The term of the Limited Warranty is 2 years, and begins on the date that the product was ordered.
The Limited Warranty is non-transferrable, and only applies to the customer that placed the original order for the product.
To make a claim under the Limited Warranty, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. If your claim is approved, then we will coordinate the repair of your product and cover the costs of that repair. If your product is unable to be repaired, then we will replace the defective part of your product. If we are unable to replace the defective part, for example if that part is no longer in production, then we will replace the part or your product with a like-kind part or product. The Limited Warranty will only cover repairs or replacements coordinated by our office. The Limited Warranty will not cover any expenses incurred by the customer, such as customer's repair costs, labor costs towing costs, transportation costs, or other costs.
