1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
- Certain items (such as clearance products, customized items, or consumables) may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
