Items must be requested for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Exchanges are only available for items of equal or higher value. Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

Our team will provide instructions and an exchange authorization.
Send the product back in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll ship your replacement item.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Gift cards or promotional items.
Clearance or final-sale products.
Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturer defects.
